Originally trained as an opera singer at the prestegious Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University, Brendan has been a licensed Realtor since 2001, and an associate broker since 2006. After coming to the realization that "success" in the opera world means being on the road for ten months out of the year, Brendan shifted his focus entirely to his real estate business. The recent slowdown in the real estate market has forced Brendan to rely upon his creativity in order to help his clients. Gone are the days of entering a property into the MLS, and waiting for a paycheck. The slow market has been a huge motivator in allowing Brendan to stay "ahead of the curve." Through the use of technology and innovative marketing techniques, business is better than it has ever been.
Brendan has just recently become affiliated with ReMax Firehouse Realty in his beloved Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore City. He is committed to not watching the telephone and wondering why it is not ringing, and understands that the definition of frustration is to attempt the same thing the same way expecting different results.
When he's not selling or singing, Brendan enjoys spending time with his wife, Julia and their chocolate lab Shelley.
